             Automatic Transfer line for TIE ROD Tube Machining on both sides like Facing, Boring ,ID & Od chamfering at 1^st station.Tapping up to M34*1.5 P both sides at 2^nd Station, Milling & Slitting on Both sides at 3^rd station all with complete automation for Tube Loading/unloading  of Tubes from dia 32mm to 50mm and length from 500mm to 1750mm.This machine supplied for Tube products of India Total 4 machines.

Six Station Special Purpose Machine for ID Machining

Machine Base:

Strongly Fabricated Steel Structure with Machined and Duly Stress Relieved with provisions for fitting indexing table, drilling head, linear table and Coolant Tank with Chip Tray.

Indexing Table:

A precision indexing table (Reputed Make) is fitted on the machine base. The job Clamping Collet System is provided on the index table. The accuracy of the table will be +- 5 Sec. the indexing will be indexed by using motor.

Linear Hydraulic Slide Unit:

A linear Hydraulic Slide is fitted on the Machine Base. The linear motion is actuated through hydraulic cylinder.

Drilling Head Unit:

A Separate drill head unit is fitted on the linear slide. The drilling head consists of five station drill head and the rotary motion is given through gear box fitted with motor.

Electrical Panel and PLC System:

A dedicated electrical panel is provided with PLC unit, four line HMI display all machine controls are pre programmed in the PLC.

Coolant Tank and Chip Tray:

A separate Coolant motor is provided for coolant. A separate chip tray s provided for collecting the chips.

Hydraulic Power Pack:

A dedicated Hydraulic Power Pack fitted with reputed make valves and fittings is provided for drill unit movement.
